XRW-300MB維卡軟化點(diǎn)熱變形試驗(yàn)機(jī)運(yùn)用PLC可編程控制器進(jìn)行溫度調(diào)節(jié)采用漢字液晶顯示操作。該產(chǎn)品操作簡單、使用方便、性能穩(wěn)定、產(chǎn)品精度高，并在試驗(yàn)過程中可時實(shí)監(jiān)控試驗(yàn)溫度和變形量；試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時系統(tǒng)自動停止加熱，該機(jī)可設(shè)定目標(biāo)溫度具有溫度保護(hù)功能。該機(jī)是各質(zhì)檢單位、大專院校和各企業(yè)自檢的*儀器。
維卡軟化點(diǎn)熱變形試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要用于非金屬材料如塑料、橡膠、尼龍、電絕緣材料等的熱變形溫度及維卡軟化點(diǎn)溫度的測定。產(chǎn)品符合IS075(E)、IS0306(E)、GB/T8802、GB／T1633、GB／T1634等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
XRW-300MB型維卡軟化點(diǎn)熱變形試驗(yàn)機(jī)具有試樣架升降功能，可在試驗(yàn)開始或結(jié)束時對試樣架進(jìn)行提升或下降。
